Freezing in Johannesburg
After all my claims last week about the weather - it's very cloudy and jolly cold here today! Cold front just coming over. Cuddled up with my computer and a hot water bottle on my knees.
Believe it or not Lesley its not much better over here in UK. We had fab hot weather last week then it dropped to 5C and my central heating went back on!!!! Sun trying hard to warm up the garden but its a pretty feeble attempt!
Wow Tracey - only just read this - central heating in June!! That's what puts one off coming back to the UK, which we are thinking of doing.....but in Joburg there's no such thing as central heating, we just get cold!! Am sitting here by electric fire right now.
How's your week 17? No-one posting apart from J + J. Perhaps we are all still in post TMA- fatigue....
I'm British, lived in South Africa for 15 exciting years, and relocated home to England in 2011. I have a Masters degree from Warwick Business School, and completed the UK Open University's H800 Technology Enhanced Learning: Practices and Debates postgraduate certificate course in 2009. My PhD research concerns using technology-enabled learning networks to achieve practical organisational improvement outcomes, across different contexts and boundaries.
